4 SESSION SERIES
In this series you are invited to sink into the support around you, beneath you, and within you. In every session we will utilize the wall and props to explore supported shapes. You are welcome to find reprieve in being supported as we move, breathe, and connect with our bodies.
Session 1: Permission to Pause
Hip flexors and supported half moon pose at the wall.
Affirmation: I honor my capacity.
Contemplation: “Maybe your capacity is not actually lower these days, but your capacity to override and push through is lower.”

Session 2: Trust
Open heart postures with supported shoulder stand at the wall.
Affirmation: I am learning to trust the support that surrounds me. // I trust the support that surrounds me.
Session 3: Held
Twists, side body, supported rest.
Contemplation: I am learning to validate and affirm myself. I will give myself the same love, care, and support that I give others.
