4 SESSION SERIES

Each session begins with gentle movement that offers space to explore and feel your body. In the second half of class we’ll melt into grounded shapes resembling more restorative/ yin yoga.

 

Session 1: Gravity

Hips, hamstrings + side body.

Affirmation: I give myself permission to let go and be held.


Session 2: Create a Container

Side body, twists, forward folds.

Affirmation: I can create a container to be held in.


Session 3: Fluidity

Chest, hamstrings + hips.

Affirmation: I give myself permission to move freely.



Session 4: Release

Vagus nerve stimulation, neck, spine.

Affirmation: I release what does not serve me. I welcome _____.
